This one-story brick building is unadorned and nondescript. It has no detail or ornamentation. The brick has been painted and is in need of refurbishing. The aluminum and glass entry door is off-center to the south, with two wood-framed display windows to the right, which have brick bulkheads. The wood-framed clerestories are extant and have been covered from the inside with aluminum foil. The upper wall has a very slightly recessed panel, which is painted in a lighter color. The south wall which faces a narrow alley has no openings.

The building is occupied by a dog grooming business and is Item 84 on the District nomination.
