Reliéf vznikl v roce 2011 v rámci Dnu žižkovského kulturního dedictví. Zdobí štít hospody U Vystrelenýho oka. Vznikl pri tvurcí dílne vedené výtvarníkem Martinem Velíškem, socharem Davidem Janouchem a architektem Pavlem Keckou.

Relief was created in 2011 within days of Zizkov cultural heritage on the wall of the pub U Vystrelenýho voka. It was created in the creative workshop led by artist Martin Velíšek, sculptor David Janouch, and architect Paul Kecka.
