This store is only about 3 years old, and right from its opening the end of the parking lot has looked like an RV parking lot all summer. They built a large parking lot and the RVers took advantage of this fact from the git-go. We used to live in Westbank, so we got to witness this phenomenon first hand for a couple of years.
We actually stayed there once on a trip back to Westbank, but we had a van and didn't take up much room. It was the middle of summer and there were about 8 units that stayed the night while we were there.
This lot also gets used by the Snowbirds on their way to and from Arizona. They use this as their last stop before crossing the border, which is about 70 km. south.
The gallery pix were taken in early March and there was already one large motor home parked at the end of the parking lot.
