The Town of Parker (elev. 5868, pop. 45,539) is the second most populous in Douglas County (after Castle Rock). The town was incorporated in 1981 and is located near the site of Pine Grove—a pioneer settlement established in 1862. The flag features a lamp post with five orbs (the town logo) on a white background. The words "Town of Parker Colorado" also appear on the flag.
