This is a large lizard made out of old city vehicles on top of the St. Peterburg City Maintenance Garage. The lizard has a long tongue stretched out to catch the giant fly. It is made entirely of old city owned vehicles, mostly bumpers. The creator of this was extremely creative and has made the lizard very realistic.
