The plaque reads: "Rotary Centenial Mural. The Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay commisioned the mural Essence of the Coastside to commerate the 100th anniversary of Rotary. Created by artist and archtect Douglas Snow, with the assistance of Randie Marlow, the mural celebrates the coastside where people and nature interact to crated the beauty surrounding us. The Rotary Club of Half Moon Bay wishes to thank the city of Half Moon Bay and the artist for making this mural possible. "
