A classic George Washington statue as Commander of the Army during the American Revolution sits on the campus of the former Oklahoma Military Academy. Once known "the West Point of the West," OMA closed in the 1970s. Now it has been rechartered as Rogers State University.
This staue is just west of the Main Building near the black granite OMA KIA memorial.
