Barokní špitál nechali vybudovat pro staré a nemohoucí sloužící a poddané majitelé námeštského panství hrabata Kufštejnové. Komplex postavený v letech 1743–1745 se skládal z kaple a ze dvou symetrických obytných budov po obou stranách.

Baroque hospital was built for old and infirm servants and retainers by owners of Námešt estate, Kufštejn counts. The complex was built between 1743-1745 consisted of a chapel and two residential buildings symmetrical on both sides.
