This unique weathervane spins with the winds atop the dairy barn of Jerseyland Cheese.

It's unique in that it was hand made by the owner of the dairy many years ago because he couldn't find one just like he wanted, so there's no other just like it in the world. The weathervane supports a two dimensional jersey cow being followed by her calf. The significance of the cow and calf is in the fact that Jerseyland is also a breeder and purveyor of purebred Jersey cattle. Their herd name is "Sunshine Valley Jerseys".
The dairy has for many years produced cheeses under its own brand name of "Jerseyland".
