Mt. Itasca has a long history of ski jumping dating back to 1906 when the first jump was constructed.  The center now has four jumps, 70 m, 40 m, 20 m and 10 m.  The 70 m and 20 m have plastic sheeting for year round jumping.  The center also has down hill and cross country skiing and also biathlon.  Further information about the jumps and history are available at the following website.
