The Oklahoma Welcome Center on northbound US 69/75 at the first exit over the Texas border offers coffee, clean bathrooms, lots of information, a playground for kiddos, and souvenirs.
There is a nice TB hotel here too.
They have no snacks, but the offer plenty of hot (free) coffee for adults.
Bathrooms inside are open from 8am-6pm daily, but another set of restrooms is accessible when the center is closed 24/7.
