This is a figurative sculpture called 'Der barmherzige Samariter' (The Good Samaritan). It is located in front of the 'Erlöserkirche' (Redeemer Church) in the 'Birkenwaldstraße' in Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.

The sculpture was created by Ulrich Henn in 1958.
It's created life-sized and is made of bronze. The sculpture exists of two people. One is laying on the ground and the second gives him a hand to stand up.
