The Piccadilly Theatre and Arcade is an art deco style structure, located at 700-704 Hay Street, Perth, Western Australia, in what is now the Hay St Mall. It was designed by architect William T. Leighton. The theatre and arcade opened in 1938, with the arcade linking Hay Street to Murray Street. In 1984 the theatre and arcade underwent a significant refurbishment. The cinema is still in operation, and is the only operating cinema in the Perth CBD. The Arcade is a busy area, lined with small shops.
The cinema itself looks to be largely unchanged from its original design, and it is kept in good order. Entry to the cinema is possibly without buying a ticket.
The theatre and arcade are classified by the National Trust of Australia and are included on the State Heritage Register.
