This is the so-called 'Fruchtkasten' which is located at the 'Schillerplatz' in the center of Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It's listed in the German Monument Registers.
The Fruchtkasten is an old building which was first mentioned in 1393.
It was originally built as a granary in late gothic design.
In 1596 it was redesignd by Heinrich Schickardt. Then it became its Renaissance facade.
It was heavy demaged in World War II and rebuilt 1954-56.
Now it is a part of the 'Landesmuseum Baden-Württemberg' (State Museum of Baden-Württemberg).
