This two-story tan brick building was constructed in 1910 in the Commercial style. It is currently occupied by American Abstract & Title Company, which is shown on the cloth awning which covers the storefront.

The modernized entrance has a recessed aluminum and glass entry door with transom and narrow sidelights, flanked by large display windows which are flush with the upper wall. The clerestories are covered with metal siding. A stone beltcourse separates the first and second floors.

The upper floor has two sets of paired tinted fixed windows with fixed transoms. Each set has a stone sill and an arched brick header with a stylized bracket at the center. Above the windows are three stone brackets with wreaths and dentils. A dentiled cornice is above these brackets. The parapet is stepped with stone coping, which has four small arches.

This building is Item 35 on the District nomination.
