Smokin' Bluz -N- BBQ specialize in smoked meats and B.B.Q.
EVERYTHING is homemade with care. They offer genuine in-house smoked chicken, pork and beef, for all their sandwiches, plus ribs.
Colleen and Nick, the owners, make all their own barbeque sauces and rubs. One of their specialties is the habanero pepper sauce, if you like it spicier. Sandwiches are served on a freshly baked mini loaf and lathered with bacon jam: caramelized onions with bacon. It is delicious.
In addition, they make all their own creamy coleslaw, potato salad, cheesy mac and cheese, real mashed potatoes with real fresh gravy, country baked beans, sweet cornbread muffins, and of course dessert (chef’s choice).
We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and we will be back. Are you hungry yet?
Smokin' Bluz -N- BBQ offers Take-Out and Delivery and is the only Restaurant offering genuine smoked meats in Trail.
On March 26, 2012, they opened their doors for service.
