Eynsford is famous for two main places in this village. The church of St Martin's and the ford and stone arch bridge that crosses the River Darent. The village sign which is located on the junction of Station Road and Bower Lane shows both of these places on this sign. The picture of these with the church taking centre stage, and the ford / bridge in front of it are highlighted by the cream coloured background of the sign.
Suported by one wooden post, this sign has many plaques attached to it. Too many to itemise. But each one shows that Eynsford has been voted many times for the best kept / floral excellence awards in Kent.
