This is the so-called 'Prinzenbau' (Prince's Palace) which is located at the 'Schillerplatz' in the center of Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It's listed in the German Monument Registers.

The old building has been planed by Heinrich Schickhardt as an embassy. It was initiated in 1604 and completed 1678-85. A baraoque redesign of the so-called 'Tunzdorfer Gate' to the right was carried out by Johann Friedrich Nette.

It's the birthplace of Wilhelm I. - the last king of Württemberg. He was born there on 25th February 1848. There's an old plaque for this event.

Nowadays the Justizministerium (Ministry of Justice) residence inside.

There's a plaque with details.
