The Coat of arms is the old Borough of Cardiff coat of arms before it became a City in 1906.
The 1886 Police Station is still an active Station, but there is no walk in desk. Located in the Cathays area of Cardiff, Capitol of Wales.

"Administrative and biographical history: Following the Municipal Corporations Act 1835, Cardiff Borough Council (Glamorgan) appointed a watch committee, for the purpose of establishing and administering a local police force. The Cardiff Borough Police Force was set up and administered separately from the Glamorgan Constabulary, and Jeremiah Box Stockdale, a London policeman, was appointed the first superintendent. By 1922, the force had 302 officers assigned to four divisions, covering the following stations: A - Central (Law Courts), Docks, (Bute St.); B - Canton (Cowbridge Rd.), Grangetown (Clive St.); C - Roath (Clifton St.), Cathays (Crwys Rd.), Moors (Janet St.); and D - Headquarters (Law Courts). The Cardiff borough police force, other borough police forces, and the Glamorgan Constabulary were combined in 1969 to form South Wales Police, under the management of the South Wales Police Authority. The Cardiff Borough Police Force was sometimes called the Cardiff Constabulary." Text source: (visit link)
