Located above the entrance to a local business. The building has had many different tenants through the years. I think that this was just an advertisement for a business at another location in Warren. There was never a service station at it. Park at the Breeze Point Landing area at the foot of Liberty St off south of Pennsylvania Avenue to view the sign.
