This fallout shelter is located in Madisonville, KY at the Hopkins County Courthouse. The "Fallout Shelter" sign is on the north side of the building, next to the entrance door. The sign shows some wear. There is no capacity designation on the sign that most signs have, but appears that at one time, there could have been something attatched to the sign with the capacity on it.
