This three-story red brick building is listed as 122-124 E. Dewey; however, today, both storefronts are addressed 124. The two storefronts are covered by a continuous black cloth awning reading "Sapulpa Mercantile". This name appears to encompass all the businesses occupied here, which are Creek County Choppers (a beauty and barber shop), Little Bit of Country, (a Western and rustic home decor store), and GG Forge (a blacksmith art shop).

This building was constructed in 1907, the year Oklahoma became a State. The two matching storefronts have been modernized with aluminum and glass entry doors and large sidelights and transoms. The entrances are deeply recessed with large display windows. Both entrances have small square and hexagonal floor tiles with a panel reading Morton's. Between the two entrances, the display windows are flush with the upper walls with a wood-floored display area.

The second and third floors are identical with three bays separated by projected brick pilasters. The narrow center bay on each floor has a blind opening of brick, which mimics the remaining windows. The outer bays have three windows each, with the center windows off-set to the outside. Each window has a rough stone sill and an arched brick header, with the headers on the second floor of darker brick. The upper wall is corbelled and above this is a narrow rectangular facade-width brick table.

This building is listed as Item 32 on the District nomination.
