This boat ramp is at Lake Celina in the Hoosier National Forest. It is one of 2 ramps, this one being adjacent to the Rickenbaugh House on the north east side of the lake. There is a $5 entrance/parking fee at the gate to get into the Lake Celina area. There is also 2 nice camping areas here as well.
