This spring house was recently built (1987) and it's located by the road the road connecting Tareja to the town of São Brás, passing the old Sanatorium Vasconcelos Porto, now Center of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the South. Nowadays, this spring is still being used by the local community and it has an important role in the lives of people who live around there.
There is a small garden, a couple of benches, a nice wide shade provided by the surrounding trees. A nice place to sit for a couple of minutes, even if you don't need water.
