This is a two-story tan brick building in the Commercial style. It consists of one long storefront with a set of double aluminum and glass doors, set slightly off-center. This entry is slightly recessed and is flanked by metal-framed display windows. In the District nomination, the building is described as having structural glass and plywood over the clerestories. This veneer is no longer apparent, and the building is currently vacant and in disrepair.

The second floor has five sets of ribbon windows which are nine-lite casement windows with each set having divided transoms above. The center set has two slightly larger windows, with the flanking sets having four windows. These five window units have a continuous stone sill and header with vertical stone ends. on the upper wall above the windows are vertical stone bands, single bands over the pillars and double over the corners. Above this is a stone band with accent ornaments above each vertical band.

With an active Main Street program in Sapulpa, it is assumed that this building at one point will undergo renovation. It is listed as Item 24 on the District nomination.
