This bald eagle sculpture is located in the Oregon State Fair Grounds, near the historic horse stadium and adjacent to the giant "Spirit of Oregon Tower." Most of the sculpture is "rust" colored, giving it a natural look, while the head is painted white. The eagle is mounted on the top of a log overlooking a stream bed, where a pair of small fish (also sculptures) are jumping in the stream. The eagle is poised to catch a meal. During Fair Season, water runs through the stream bed, adding realism to the piece.
