"An Engineered Class II Landfill featuring a composite liner comprised of a 1.0 m thick compacted clay liner (CCL) covered by a 60 mil high density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane liner along with a leachate collection system. Combined permeability of both liners exceeds regulatory requirements. Cell construction is subject to a strict QA/QC Program managed by third party Professional Engineering Consultants."
