This two-story red brick building in the Commercial style has a single storefront, which has been covered with vertical wood, leaving a single window to the east of the wood paneled entry door. A metal awning is hung over the storefront. The clerestories have also been covered with the wood siding. The storefront wraps around to the west side of the building. A heavy stone beltcourse runs along the front and west side of the building between the first and second floors.
The windows on the second floor are set in pairs and are one-over-one single hung. They have individual stone stills under each pair, with a continuous stone header which runs across the front and west side, as does the stone coping. A metal cornice decorates the upper wall.
The second floor appears to be vacant. The ground floor is currently occupied as Pat's Tavern. This building is Item 13 on the District nomination.
