This is the so-called 'Prinzenbau' (Pince' Palace) in the center of Stuttgart, Germany, Baden-Württemberg. It was the birthplace of King Wilhelm II of Württemberg.
Wilhelm was the forth and last King of the Kindom of Württemberg from 1891 until 1918.
He was born in the so-called 'Prinzenbau' (Prince' Palace) at 25 February 1848.
There's an old plaque for this event. You can find it by walking through the gate at the building.
Nowadays the building is used by the Justizministerium (Ministry of Justice).
