These are several gifts, given to the City of Trail, BC, by the Town of Tsukui, Japan and the City of Sagamihara, Japan.

In 1991, the city of Trail and the town of Tsukui pledged a friendship city affiliation, essentially a sister city relationship. In the intervening years, Tsukui amalgamated with the City of Sagamihara and the Town of Sagamiko to become part of the City of Sagamihara.
Since 1991, emissaries from each city have visited each other on several occasions, each time bearing gifts from the citizens of one city to the citizens of the other. In the gallery are pictured some of the gifts given to the citizens of Trail from the citizens of Tsukui, and later from the citizens of Sagamihara, Japan.
All gifts received by Trail to date are displayed in the public area of City Hall.
