I came across this rusting heap of a station wagon while heading to a few geocaches that are located further up Olene Hill. I don't know much about vintage cars and all I could decipher from looking at specific parts of this vehicle was a metal 'H' on the tailgate which is the last letter of 'Plymouth'. After doing some online research I came to the conclusion that it's either a Plymouth Belvedere or a Plymouth Savoy station wagon, and probably from 1964. In any case, the engine block is gone, and so is the steering wheel. I had my girlfriend's son pretend he was cruising along the hillside. I laughed when he mentioned how much it might cost to restore it.
The only way to access this dead vehicle is to park at the coordinates posted below and walk along the OC&E Woodsline State Trail (Rails to Trails) and then proceed north along a dirt road until you see it. There's also a rusting oven range of the same white color as the car. They compliment each other well with all the bullet holes shot through them.
If you know the exact model and year of this wagon, let me know!
