Originally part of the Littleton Creamery, this land was sold to Roy J. Woodbury who built a garage and gas station in 1916. The building suffered a destructive fire in 1929 but was rebuilt similar to the original. In 1944 the building was turned into a feed store and later, in the 1960's, used as a tack shop. In 1983 Stevan Strain purchased the building and opened The Warhorse Inn serving steak and seafood.
