The White Bronze or Zinc, Memorial for the Edwin Quick family, located in the Liberty Chapel cemetery, east of Elmdale, Indiana, USA. Liberty Chapel Cemetery is located in rural Union Township, in Montgomery County, northwest of the county seat, Crawfordsville, Indiana. It is about half a mile from the route of old SR 55. The Liberty Chapel itself sits across the road from the cemetery. ( visit link) This large memorial is marked "Quick 1879 (erected) -- Edwin Quick For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes. --- Abigail Ball, Wife of, Edwin Quick, Born Sept. 28, 1812, Died Sept. 30, 1846, 34 yrs, 11 Mos, 28 Days. " The Edwin Quick family also has separate White Bronze headstones, on each grave. I located 12 White Bronze, or Zinc memorials, in this cemetery. According to Find A Grave, there are a total of 246 interments. So, the ratio of these fairly rare Zinc monuments, is quite high here. ( visit link)
