This Sign is placed very far back from the road, so even if you were on the sidewalk you would have to look down the side of the building a ways to see it.
Sign is in good condition.
Capacity is very worn. Only can make out a "3" in the middle.
So this could be a 3 digit or 4 digit capacity location.
So for now I'm guessing 130
