This attractive brick Beaux Arts building cost $45,000 to build in 1912. The two story structure has multiple columns flanking the front door and houses city offices and court, offices for water, light, power and heating official, a police station and jail, a public hall and council chambers, and facilities for the local band in the basement. It was put on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983.
