Kingston's Norman Rogers Airport is a 'deadhead' location for Air Canada Express service. Scheduled service is only offered to Toronto Pearson International. Despite that, it's a very convenient location because it saves time driving the highways, the parking is cheap and you only have to arrive about 45 minutes before your flight takes off.
Currently 6 flights a day - 4 on 18-seat Beechcrafts and 2 on ~30-seat Bombardier Dash 8s. The airport offers free wi-fi, there is a rental car desk but food is only available through vending machines.
The terminal is named after Don Timlin who oversaw the construction of the new building which opened in 1995. He died in 1997.
