Virginia Falls is a horsetail fall about 50 foot high. It is quite impressive when the water flow is high, as it was when we visited in July.

Virginia Falls is about a 3.6 mi round trip from the St. Mary & Virginia Falls trailhead or the St Mary Shuttle Stop off of the Going-to-the-Sun road. Virginia Falls is about fifty feet high and falls straight down creating a very loud roar. When it is really flowing you can enjoy the cool mist, or get down right wet by crossing the foot bridge and standing below the falls.
