The gravestone is of red granite and has only "A.H. Ewing" inscribed on it.
Based on research this is the grave of Andrew H. Ewing, the son of Andrew W. Ewing. His internment date is listed as January 12, 1870. His cause of death was pistol shot at the age of 33.
