Located on Ocean Drive at 10th Street and on the grounds of Lummus Park, this welcome center has several volunteers offering information, brochures, assistance, walking tours, etc. Nealy all of the buildings on Ocean Drive in South Beach were built in the Art Deco style in the 1930s and 1940s. Many other buildings in the art deco style are also scattered in the neighborhood....some built later than the 1940's...andsome recently. Many chic restaurants, hotels, nightclubs, and boutiques to delight tourists.
