This survey control marker is found on the southwest corner of the intersection of 6th Street and 5th Avenue southwest in downtown Calgary.
It is located across the street from the school formerly known as Calgary Normal School and McDougall School, this building is now Government House and has a number of provincial cabinet offices in this beautiful sandstone building in downtown.
