I Vestre plantage findes Galgehøj som en rundhøj fra oldtiden. På toppen af Galgehøj, som tidligere brugtes til henrettelser, findes denne universalkalot. De øverste 20 cm af betonsøjlen er blottet. Kalotten er 24 meter over havets overflade.

In Western Plantation Gallows Hill is located. It is a burial mound from the antiquity, previously used for executions. On top of it this benchmark is placed. The upper 8 inches of the concrete core are uncovered. The benchmark is 79 feet above sea level.
