This house was built in the Queen Anne style in 1892 by Willard W. Greene. In 1927 it was purchased by John Langdon Rand, a justice of the Oregon Supreme Court who served three terms as chief justice. Several years ago, the house was enlarged from its original size and converted into apartments.
