"The suspended luminous art elements are made of special translucent resin with integrated LED lights. On the adjacent wall is a relief of prairie grasses and on the upper level, the south facing windows show an art-glass design of a Colorado forest." (from the Public Art Brochure of the Ralph L. Carr Colorado Judicial Center )

This piece is found just above the visitor desk after you pass through security. There are free brochures about the building and the public art. This piece is available Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 4 pm; closed on holidays. Since this is an active Courthouse, security is similar to the airport. No knives, guns, weapons, etc. Your baggage will be X-Rayed and you will need to pass through a metal detector. The Colorado State Patrol Officers who staff the stations are very professional and friendly.
