Spanish Fort is a ghost town in North Texas, near the Red River, north of Nocona, near the site of a former, prominent Indian village. Old Spanish Fort Cemetery is behind New Spanish Fort Cemetery, and can be reached by following FM 103 west from the center of town. There is a road on the west side of the new cemetery that one can follow to the old cemetery, or simply take the road through the new cemetery and turn left when exiting via the south side of the cemetery. There is no sign at the gate.
