This boardwalk is about 200 metres along the Kepwari Walktrail and crosses a lake segment which is notable for the drowned paperbark trees which abound. This is one of the major effects of rising water tables caused by land clearing for agriculture.

The Kepwari Walktrail runs through an inundated area south of Woody Lake, part of the Lake Warden Wetland System.

There is a parking area at S33°48.956' E121°55.065', and the start of the walktrail is directly across the road. If that parking area is full there is a larger one at the roadside viewpoint at S33°49.009' E121°55.005'. From there the trailhead is about 125 metres to the northwest.

Approximate boardwalk length (feet): 125

What is the boardwalk over?:
An area of marshland which has been inundated due to rising water table, causing the drowning of a large number of paperbark trees.

Boardwalk material: Metal railings, framing and decking.
