This building originally held just a Carl's Jr. Restaurant but for the last several years has co-located with Green Burrito. Of all things, what I find most unique about this restaurant is the very poorly planned driveway entrance – it's on the north side of the lot and is pitched at such a steep angle that it is scoured with scrape marks from vehicles because the angle provides very little clearance, so take it slow if driving into the parking lot. Otherwise, there is nothing that particularly sets this location apart from other Salem-area Carl's Jr / Green Burrito restaurants. Here is a link to store hours.
