The museum has opened in August 2012. Its centerpiece is the preserved Chorister’s Hall and among the exhibited pieces you can see the
Great Charter Roll or 15th century cloth-of-gold vestments.
This is one of three Waterford museums: the nearby Reginald's Tower focuses on Viking history of Waterford and the Bishop's palace on the city hostory from the 18th century.
