The town hall of Orlamünde was built in the years 1493 to 1502 in Gothic style. For building stones of the old city wall were used. It is a large building in a simple straight construction,nice is the tower with a beautiful clock! Orlamünde lies in the Thuringian Saale-Holzland, directly at the mouth of Orla in the river Saale, between the towns of Jena and Rudolstadt.
Das Rathaus von Orlamünde wurde in den Jahren 1493 bis 1502 im spätgotischen Stil erbaut. Zum Bau wurden Steine der alten Stadtmauer verwendet. Es ist ein großes Gebäude in einfacher gerader Bauweise, auffällig ist der kleine Turm mit einer schönen Uhr. Orlamünde liegt im thüringischen Saale-Holzland Kreis direkt an der Mündung der Orla in die Saale, zwischen den Städten Jena und Rudolstadt!
