Several benchmarks were destroyed with the pumping station that stood where the pedestrian bridge is now. A pair of Gaging station markers have taken their place.

This Gaging station is embedded in the concrete at the northwestern corner (top) of the amphitheater built into the banks of the Hudson River above the Hudson River Way (walking and biking path). From there you can look down over the river and see the other Gaging station embedded in the concrete at the railing along the river.
