The grave of E. F. Wood, an infant who died at the age of 5 months in Meridian, Bosque Co. TX. In 1857 Bosque County was still the frontier. The county had only been organized in 1854. Life here was very, very hard.
The grave for this little boy is one of the earliest burials in the cemetery. We have not been able to find out any other information about him, or his family.
